Hunter Johansson is the younger twin brother of one of the most famous women in the world. Scarlett Johansson is 3 minutes older than her brother and considerably shorter by almost a foot. To look at them you wouldn’t notice a family resemblance even though they are both heartthrobs. Hunter Johansson was named as one of the top Hot Bachelors in 2008 for People Magazine.

Kiefer Sutherland is a household name. From his work as a younger actor to his genre-redefining role in 24 he is one of the most recognized TV action heroes out there. What many don’t know about him is that he has a twin sister. They actually look very similar. Rachel Sutherland is also in the entertainment industry and works as a production manager. These twins are probably the most famous of the list, but worth an honourable mention for the fact that they both played the same character on Full House. From child actors to household names, these two have diversified their careers to include perfume and fashion lines. As twins go, these two look strikingly similar.
